inSights – Institute of Innovations for Gender and Humanitarian Transformations successfully

conducted a batch of five days-long trainings sessions for chosen local and national non-
governmental organizations (NGO's) responding to the Rohingya humanitarian crisis in Cox's

Bazar, Bangladesh, who are implementing partners of IOM Bangladesh. Capacity-sharing
program on humanitarian essentials, sphere standards in complex humanitarian context is an
initiative of IOM Bangladesh through its Localization Unit in Cox's Bazar. The training were
participated by 59 participants, 46 male and 13 female.
