inSights conducted two batches of three days long training sessions for national and local NGOs implementing partners of IOM Bangladesh in January 2022. The course consisted of 12 sessions over three full days. 02 Batches of training were participated by 36 participants, 32 were male and 04 female. Ranging from implementation level staff, the participants include senior level manager and leaders of organisations finance and grants, human resources, project managers and monitoring evolution.
The trainings were intended to transfer basic knowledge on developing understanding of Principled Humanitarian Actions include Code of Conduct (CoC), PSEA & Protection (General), Basic M&E (Monitoring & Evolution) and CFM (Complaint Feedback Mechanism) and SPHERE Standard for different humanitarian interventions.
