By analysing economic, political, socio-cultural, and gender connectors and dividers, and the conflict, dispute resolution mechanisms; the study developed a conflict profile and a tailormade, participatory conflict analysis tool for the Rohingya humanitarian crisis context in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh.
The study was conducted in August-September 2021 instrumentalising both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, reaching around 260 responders from Rohingya Camps, host communities up to senior-level leaders and managers of govt. and NGOs.
Community Empowerment Programme and Humanitarian Crisis Management Programme of BRAC utilise the study findings for designing and developing their programme in the humanitarian context.
