Dr. Faisel is a public health physician with more than 33 years of diverse experience with family planning, reproductive health, Essential Services Package delivery program, and improving quality of services in Bangladesh. This includes 9 years of working as a clinical service provider and trainer, and 5 years of working on clinical trial and introduction of new FP methods in the national program. He is a medical graduate with Masters in Public Health and a Diploma in Personnel Management. He works to improve the quality of and access to clinical contraception, Emergency Obstetric Care/maternal health, PAC, with particular attention to the transfer of skills and technology to the counterparts.
