Salma Akter is a highly experienced finance professional with over 22 years of work experience in various roles, including Director Finance, Head of Business Operations, Senior Finance Manager, Finance and Administration Manager, and Finance Manager. She has worked with more than 100 national NGOs and served as a Financial Expert for DFID Afghanistan, where she helped strengthen staff capacity on DFID Financial system and reporting. Salma was also a team member for designing the global ERP (Agresso) implementation for 03 modules of Heifer International and served as a Financial Expert for designing the "Challenge Fund" of DFID India.
