Ms. Niger Rahman possesses over 25 years of experience in media communications and public relations with several leading organisations. She launched her career in the late-nineties with the renowned media organisation AdComm where, along with the development of the marketing strategies for several corporate clients, she also developed IEC, BCC materials and a number of TV and radio programmes on health and education issues for UNICEF. Later, she was Senior Manager at BRAC's EduVAW project, led the development of audio visual and print IEC, BCC materials on Violence against Women and Children and also Sexual and Reproductive Health Right (SRHR). After that she led HR, Admin and Programme implementations of Suchona Foundation and developed the organisational HR policy and administrative manual. She is skilled in liaison and coordination with a range of stakeholders, community and media. She is also proficient in preparing and monitoring work plans & budgets, reporting, and field coordination.
